Walnut board and "Amboss" knife designed by Carl Auböck. The set includes the model #4828 knife and #4363.1 serving board. The board in a unique teardrop design is executed in beautifully grained walnut with a leather loop to hold the knife. The stainless steel knife is wrapped in natural cane. Both pieces carry the Werkstätte Carl Auböck stamp.
Pieces are in continued production at the family-run Carl Auböck Werkstätte (workshop) in Vienna.
Please note: Auböck pieces are made by hand, each one will differ slightly. Imperfections such as small marks on the surface of this item are evidence of the handmade production process and should not be considered defects.
