UNION SQUARE WEST CO-OP

Claudia’s own home is a co-op in a 1926 Tudor revival high-rise off of Union Square. It had great bones, but was terribly dated with a disturbing color palette of sponge-painted shades of taupe, burgundy and lavender. After removing an unfortunate mirrored closet in the bedroom, pink carpeting, linoleum floors, refinishing the parquet floors she added fresh citrus colors to the walls and ceilings. A mix of vintage, antique and modern furnishings sprinkled with some custom pieces Claudia designed results in a cosmopolitan mix of traditional and modern, exotic and European.
