Square blue Murano glass bowl designed by Gino Cenedese. Bowls like this one were made by several manufacturers, including Archimede Seguso, Venini and Cenedese. Un-marked. Cenedese sticker has been removed during cleaning. Very similar items by these makers are shown in the book Italian Glass: Century 20 by Leslie Pina. In a stunning combination of turquoise green glass cased in a band of blue glass, which is further encased in clear glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.
