"J. & L." tumbler L with female portrait designed by Boaz Cohen and Sayaka Yamamoto of BCXSY. The designers were inspired by the incredible care and attention are put into the smallest details at Lobmeyr while at the same time the glasswork pieces are intended for everyday use – encouraging us to (re)discover the joy of our daily rituals. With this in mind, BCXSY created the J(oy) & L(ove) tumblers. The design process started by delving into the wondrous, extensive Lobmeyr archives paying a special attention to the classic Biedermeier friendship tumbler. Continued with the exploration of various decorative methods - including stone-wheel-cutting, engraving and etching - the result is a set of matching tumblers.
Also available in with male portraits with and without arabesque, as well as plain. Each tumbler is mouth blown and hand engraved lead free glass. Hand wash.
