"Palatin" glazed porcelain tea pot without monogram, part of the No. 40 modern tableware collection designed by Gottfried Palatin. It pairs with the bulgy version of the vase, both fitting into each other's curves in a perfect yin and yang fashion. The collection distinguishes itself with typically clear and reduced forms. The individual components impress with their balanced feel: the handles on the cups and pots mold themselves elegantly into one’s hand. The pieces are conceived to fit inside one another and can be efficiently stacked. All pieces are dishwasher-safe and the initials, conceived by the designer, are applied using high temperature resistant colors.
All pieces are available in plain white, and can be personalized with hand painted initials, which are offered in dark red, turquoise and light blue. Please contact us for custom options.
Founded in 1718, the Augarten Porcelain is the second-oldest in Europe. Now as then, porcelain continues to be made and painted by hand. Each piece is thus unique.
