Process

Our design process is highly personal, hands-on, and collaborative, ensuring that every interior we create is truly bespoke and deeply reflective of our clients.  From the first conversation to the final walk-through, we guide the entire journey with professionalism, practicality, and meticulous attention to detail.

We establish a clear timeline, so clients know exactly what to expect, with structured meetings and transparent communication at every step.  From initial concepts and renderings to material selections and installation, we manage the entire process with care and precision, so the experience feels seamless and the final result feels uniquely yours.

1. Initial Consultation & Programming: We lay the groundwork by identifying our clients project goals and lifestyle needs and establishing a budget and schedule.
2. Conceptual Design:  This phase focuses on big-picture ideas and space-planning strategies.  We create a general mood, color scheme, and aesthetic vision using inspiration images and mood boards and developing rough concepts.  For construction projects we work closely with the architect on refining floor plans and coordinating materials and finishes. 
3. Design Development: We refine all designs and provide aesthetic drawings with plans and elevations, as well as 3D renderings showing specific material and finish selections, plus furnitureand lighting options.
4. Construction Documents: We develop technical drawings, such as detailed plans and elevations, as well as details for plumbing, millwork and lighting and we prepare specifications that the builder will use for pricing and construction.
5. Procurement: We source from our established network of manufacturers, showrooms, global suppliers and unique artisans to find special materials, unique pieces and the best quality for the price.  Based on value comparison we prepare proposals and manage the entire purchasing and expediting process including logistics coordination and warehousing.
6. Installation: We coordinate the delivery process, supervise assembly and installation after which we complete the styling process by adding the finishing touches and coordinating art the installation.  We generate a punch list to document anything missing or requiring adjustments.  Once the spaces are complete, we do a walk-though with the clients and demonstrate how things work as well as review care instructions and address remaining punch list items as required
