Custom Design
We create bespoke designs for millwork, furniture, rugs, window treatments, lighting, fabrics, accessories, and hardware.  If the perfect piece does not exist, we design it, from concept to completion, and bring it to life through our extensive network of skilled artisans and craftsmen around the world.

Historic Restoration
Through extensive research, we develop designs that honor the architecture and history of a structure while ensuring the result feels current, livable, and practical.  Our goal is to respect the past while avoiding interiors that feel like delicate or stuffy museums.

Sustainable Design
A commitment to preserving our planet informs every aspect of our work, from research and design concepts to material selections and final implementation.  We create practical, healthy, and environmentally responsible interiors, collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and LEED-certified specialists to identify the most effective and beautiful sustainable options for each project.  Our team continually researches the latest ecological systems and products, integrating efficient appliances and plumbing fixtures in kitchens and baths, specifying low-impact furnishings and vintage or custom-designed pieces.  This holistic approach to sustainability is reflected in projects such as the Mavelous Coffee & Wine Bar, the Presidio Residence, and the Modern Vineyard House.

We assist clients in acquiring, framing, and placing art collections in ways that create a seamless connection between their interests and their lifestyle.  We collaborate with highly respected art advisors whose expertise and long-standing relationships with artists, galleries, auction houses, curators, and appraisers enrich the process and elevate the final collection.
